BIO: William Dent is the Executive Director of FACT, convenes the State Deputy Directors’ group and manages the network of community partnerships. He has over 27 years of public service in state government and has worked for FACT since 1999. He holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Kenrick Theological Seminary in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Conception Seminary College in northwest Missouri.
